G.H. Universal Hotel constantly trained employees for a better service. Mid Year Training 2012 was held between 30th August to 1st September 2012 attended by Sales & Marketing dept. and Front Office dept.
We learned about Theory Market Comparison, Online Travel Agent Industry, building emotional intelligence in serving customers, 9 personality human types by eneeagram method and personality training & scanning our personality by color.
On the next day, General Manager, all head of Department and Sales & Marketing Department went to Kampung Sampireun on 2nd - 3rd September 2012 for Outbond Motivation Building by Art2morrow. Divided into 4 (four) groups, all participants enjoyed the outbound activities to build a solid team. "Where possible never ends" is the tagline of Art2morrow. Finally we know what it meant after Mr. effendy the founder gave us the motivation training.
